Eduardo Heftye is a partner in our Mexico City office that focuses on matters involving antitrust, arbitration, corporate, intellectual property and foreign investment issues.
- Advising several Mexican companies (all of them subsidiaries from international groups) in arbitration procedures against Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE), all of them related with Power Purchase Agreements, and before the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
