Gabriel Saldivar focuses his practice in mergers and acquisitions, project finance and banking, as well as general corporate matters. Gabriel has assisted in various mergers and acquisitions of companies in Mexico and abroad, including but not limited to the coordination of due diligence processes and the drafting and negotiation of related agreements and ancillary documents. He also has experience with drafting and negotiating commercial and financial contracts such as stand-alone and syndicated loan agreements, factoring, leases, and check accounts. He assisted a major Mexican conglomerate in connection with the Mexican and U.S. stock market, and has handled certain intellectual property matters, immigration processes for Mexicans living abroad and generally assisted in legal investigations.
