Jaime Ancer’s practice focuses on general and complex corporate work and intellectual property. Jaime has extensive experience in handling corporate affairs of Mexican companies, including shareholder agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, credit contracts, restructures and trusts. In the area of intellectual property, he has experience with trademark registration, appeals of rejections, drafting commercial notices, drafting and registering patents, creating structures to protect industrial secrets, and copyright registration. He also has experience in the area of innovation and technology, preparing operational rules of funds for granting of public resources, drafting resource allocation agreements and legal structures for technology parks, nanotechnology and biotechnology incubators.
